Senior web designer (UI/UX & branding) — 10–12 years experience
We are hiring a senior web designer with 10–12 years of professional experience in website and digital interface design, with a strong agency background. This is a senior-level, hands-on design role — not just oversight. You will lead UI/UX direction across multiple client projects, translate complex briefs into high-quality design systems, and guide design quality across deliverables. This is a remote (work from home) role based in India. Agency experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design of website layouts, UI systems, and user journeys across projects
- Translate business goals and brand positioning into effective visual and UX solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Define and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Ensure strong UX thinking across navigation, flows, and conversion paths
- Handle multiple client projects simultaneously with structured prioritization
- Collaborate closely with developers, content teams, and project managers
- Review and refine designs before developer handoff
- Guide and mentor junior or mid-level designers when required
- Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Occasionally handle print or marketing collateral when needed
- Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, layout exploration, and asset generation
Required Skills
- 10–12 years of experience in web and digital design
- Proven agency experience across multiple client brands and industries
- Strong portfolio of UI/UX-driven website projects
- Deep understanding of layout systems, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Strong UX and usability decision-making ability
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces
- Ability to defend design decisions with logic and user reasoning
- High attention to detail and production quality
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong time management across parallel projects
Tools & technology
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (primary design platform)
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components
- Familiarity with prototyping and interaction tools
- Practical use of AI design and productivity tools in workflow
Nice to have
- Experience working with CRO-focused or performance-driven design
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints and developer workflows
- Experience collaborating in structured design-to-development pipelines
- Exposure to SaaS, corporate, or product-driven web platforms
Work setup
- Remote / work from home (India-based candidates only)

- Must be comfortable working with distributed teams and client timelines
- Availability during standard agency working hours required
